Ware House Suffolk Park

Ware architects self built renovation refurbishing an existing and underutilised residence and converting it into a smaller home and a studio space under the one roof. 

The house still provides enough open space for the extended family to visit while creating long term flexibility for the owner as they move towards retirement.

A limited budget has condensed the renovation into two key amenity insertions, a new kitchen spine for the house and a triangular bathroom for the studio. In order to limit trades & finishing on site the materials are chosen for their raw and robust quality.
